Please join the SW NSC along with community partners as we reach out and share resourceful information with neighbors in the PLEX area (see below).

We will meet at 8:30am at the SW NSC, 923 Genesee St., for refreshments and instructions before breaking up into teams and deploying into the Uplift area @ 9:00am.

  • Cottage Ave. (starting at Plymouth Ave., to Magnolia St.)
  • Utica Pl  & Serenity Cir.
  • Magnolia St., (between Plymouth Ave., and Cottage Ave.
  • Exchange St., (between Magnolia St., & Mt Pleasant)
  • Riverview Pl
  • Mt. Pleasant (between Plymouth Ave., & Exchange St.,)
  • Elba St., (between Cottage Ave., and Magnolia)
