b. 346 Post Ave. - #2 Priority: May go for auction. Ticket for grass, work order for cutting.

c. 461 West Ave. - #3 Priority: On demo list; waiting for new $ July 1.

d. 337 Sawyer St.: New owner hired contractor (end March.)

e. 348 Ravenwood Ave.: Remove from Top 10 and place on Watch List.

f. 224 Post Ave.: May 6 $1200 default. May close w/new owner in June.

g. 177 Brooks Ave.: Tickets being issued but not for vehicle repair. For tickets, “give them another week” (Inspector.)

h. 27 Hancock St.: Adding a violation 6/14.

i. 85 Somerset St.: Porch enclosure w/out permit. Sent letter 6/14 to enter into Code Enforcement.

j. 39-37 Somerset St.: Hearing but no fine 6/14. Found guilty of multiple offenses.
