Owners:  John and Audry Mack Holley

Holley's has been in the 19th Ward for over 11 years.  They were at Genesee and Brooks for over 8 years and on the southwest corner of Brooks and Thurston for 3 years.

Their hours are: Closed Monday, Tue to Thur 6:00am-10:00pm, Fri 6:00am-11:00pm, Sat 8:00am - 11:00pm, Sun 2:00-8:00pm.

John, who does the cooking, has been in the restaurant business for over 40 years with two successful places in Cleveland and Rochester under the name of Shabazz.

The Brooks Avenue location has three rooms along the front of the building facing Brooks Avenue.  Two of the rooms are open to the counter area at the back of the dining area.  The third room is little more private and can be used for meetings.  They have Wi-Fi for those who need it.

Above, on the left is the east room.  In the center is the room through which one enters the restaurant.  On the right is the west room,  which can be used for meetings.  All three rooms have window tables along Brooks Avenue, as shown below left.  Below right shows the middle room and archway into the meeting room.

Their menu is shown below. They are currently working to add some vegetarian dishes.
