Specialties: Include steak pizza, buffalo chicken pizza, four cheese pizza. They even have a garlic white pizza. Also known for wings and subs.
Comments: Everyone knows Menezes has the some of the best pizza in town! First opened on Genesee St. in 1986, then moved to Thurston Rd., finally to Chili Ave. Excellent food and customer satisfaction. Longest list of toppings ever seen. Order by phone for pickup, delivery (extra charge,) or by site www.rochesterpizza.com. Jill was a co-founder of Chili Avenue Business Alliance in 2005, once serving as Vice-President of CABA, and is active in the 19th Ward Community Association. Menezes won 19th WCA Merchant of the Year in 2007.
Inside the front door is the order counter. There are no tables. It is strictly takeout.

They serve pizza by the slice or you can order whole pizzas.
Their food preparation area is large with a deep friers and a grill on the west end and four large pizza ovens on the east end of the room. Looking back at the order counter from the food prep area we see the two order handling computers used to keep track of customer orders.
On the wall in the lobby they haves several plaques and certificates hanging.
I've bought a number of sheet pizzas for various occasions. Everybody loves them: "Where did you get this?" is a response once my friends have had a piece--or two or three or four...
Staff is very personable and helpful. Best place in the state for pizza.
