Approved
Spelling Bee wrap-up of 9th annual, initiate planning for 10th
We need to make progress on planning for the 10th Annual 19th Ward Spelling Bee, and several decisions were made.
The date for the bee was set as April 19th pending agreement from the fraternity and availability of Hoyt Hall.
We would reach out to Superintendent Terry Dade to speak
T-shirts will all be the same color, making the ordering process much simpler. Schools will be distinguished using different colored sashes
Call a special meeting on the Spelling Bee before October 9th
Walk-in items
John B shared a request for information from a person who is the lead founder of a proposed STEM charter school in Rochester. We decided to wait for additional feedback
The next committee meeting will be Tuesday November 5th at 7 pm in the 19th Ward Community Association office.
