We have an abundance of parrot feather that we  overwintered in our cellar.  With good lighting it makes a great aquarium plant as well as an outdoor pond plant.  It provides cover for fish and their eggs and babies, should you be blessed with any!   If you're interested, send me an e-mail at mlboutet@frontiernet.net
