It appears that Danny Brooks has moved out of the house.  I checked the property tax files and Cheryl Parsons (his sister) is the owner of record.  The house's tax lien is being managed by AFT.  I am going to contact Officer Dickerson regarding the uncut lawn and the unsecured garage.  If push comes to shove Al and John (our next door neighbor) have volunteered to cut the lawn.

    I found Cheryl Parsons on Facebook and have sent her a message inquiring on her plans for the house.  Will keep you posted as to what she replies
