    Hi Lynnette,

    Welcome to Location19. Now that you are a member, when you sign-in you can post to the Discussion Forum, Events calendar and Blog section of Location19 and you can join any of the various groups to participate in the discussions there.  Being a group member lets you post to the group and also permits you to receive email notifications from that group about events and other info that may not be posted on Location19 itself. I think email preferences are set for you to receive email notices by default but if you need to change something here is the Location19 Email Preferences instruction page.

    I'm hoping that each of the SouthWest neighborhood associations sets up a group on Location19 so that visitors to the site can check out what the various neighborhoods are doing.  I worked with the 19th Ward Community Association to set up their group and am hoping that their group can serve a a template for other associations. When you and John Lightfoot are ready to set something up for C.O.T.S. I'll be more than happy to help you get started.

    There is a ton of information you can search for and read through on Location19.  Be sure you make use of the search options.
