I am a prior resident of the 10th Ward in the City of Rochester. I am always interested in what is happening throughout the city of Rochester. A good friend of mine, Mark Sweetland, has joined the Communications Team of the SouthWest Common Council. He is an asset to your team and I look forward to reading future articles.
