Today is Election Day

Posted on November 8, 2011 at 10:57am 0 Comments

Today is Election Day. So I need you to get out and Vote! Monroe County has a number of important races. The outcome of these races will have an impact on everyone living in Monroe County for some time. Because I am involved in crime issues, and also have restarted Court Watch in Southwest Rochester, I know that who my Supreme Court Judge, County Court Judge, and City Court Judge are, really does make a difference in my quality of life. There are times when through Court Watch we advocate for… Continue

Halloween and trick or treater engagment

Posted on October 5, 2011 at 10:04pm 1 Comment

We will have two Crime Prevention Officers present,  Vendors from various security/alarm systems, How to presentations.  The idea is to individuals to come and get information to take back to help make their house/apartment harder to…

19th Ward Treasure Hunt

Posted on May 26, 2009 at 10:59am 1 Comment

The 19th ward treasure hunt has officially started. Stop by any of our sponsors to pick up a clue sheet. This is also a great two weeks to go for walks in the neighborhood, as we are distributing keys on sidewalks on park benches early in the morning. We distribute these all over Monroe County but obviously more in and around the 19th ward. Early morning walking can pay off.

Stop by our sponsors as they will be setting keys out in their stores on a daily basis. While you are there pick up… Continue
