When you visit your local bar tonight besure to tell them they can stay open under the hours that New York State Law allows.The Rochester Zoning Board of Appeals does not have the authority to supercede ABC Law. Accordingly, it is the Decision of the Court that the October 22, 2012 decision of the ZBA,limiting Obsession's weekday closing hours to 12:00 a.m., being in derogation ofthe ABC Law, is null and void.Freedom being preserved and not stomped on by Rochester government!!!See More

City to ban new Mini- Marts!

Believe me, many of the mini marts should not be in business.  In my opinion, by the city banning new mini-marts, the message the city is sending is " We can't do anything about the laws you break so we are going to give the existing mini-marts a monopoly."  If the mini-marts are not following the rules- SHUT them down!

Stop trying to put bandaids on wounds that need surgery.  There are laws on the books, enforce them!  Set the example that if you are going to open business in…

Now that you are a member, when you sign-in you can post to the Discussion Forum, Events calendar and Blog section of Location19 and you can join any of the various groups to participate in the discussions there.  Check out A Brief Overview on Location19 Structure to get familiar with what's where.  In the tabs Be sure to check out the "All Groups - Icons" sub-tab.

To join a group such as Plymouth-Exchange Neighborhood Association, Which you will probably find interesting,  click on the group, then in the upper right of the group page just under the banner picture, next to your name click on +Join Plymouth-Exchange Neighborhood Association and you are a member!  Being a group member lets you post to the group and also permits you to receive email notifications from that group about events and other info that may not be posted on Location19 itself.
