Robert - Would you like to write something up about the proposed Tool Shed for the Update 19 publication? The deadline for articles is Friday, Dec 16, sorry such late notice.  It might bring in more inquiries, and more participation

Thanks - Jackie at the 19th Ward Office, 19thward@19wca.org, or 328-6571

Hi Robert,

Welcome to Location19.  Now that you are a member, when you sign-in you can post to the Discussion Forum, Events calendar and Blog section of Location19 and you can join any of the various groups to participate in the discussions there.

Being a group member lets you post to the group and also permits you to receive email notifications from that group about events and other info that may not be posted on Location19 itself.  Be sure your email preferences are set for you to receive email notices.   Here is the Location19 Email Preferences instruction page.

Please post your picture.  Step by step instructions can be found here How to Post Your Picture - It's easy!   Having a picture posted helps members get to know one another better and to recognize one another when they are present at a public meeting with people they have only met online.

It's a good idea to subscribe to the Daily Email Digest so you receive an update of new activity on the site.   That has become a bit less crucial since the Latest Activity column has been enhanced with the addition of the "More..." button at the bottom of the column. That lets you go back as far as you need to go to see what you missed.  Without the Digest of or the Latest Activity column it is very difficult to know where the new posts are.

I look forward to your participation. If you have any questions don't hesitate to call Marian or me at 328-4271.

John
