I finally just got off the phone with the City to order an additional bin.  They're sending me one out, but the lady stated the City isn't on board yet with the new program.  They're not yet accepting anything except the 1s and 2s for now.  An announcement will be made via the news when they are.

Saw this the other day, thanks for sharing it with the community, though.  My wife's got our family (read: me) in the habit of fully taking advantage of the county's recycling program.  We've gotten so good, our typical trash can is filled with less than the recycling bin...which runs us into the problem of the bin being too small.  I can only imagine how we're going to handle the additional material.  Been meaning to call the county to see if we can order more or larger bins, I'll report back when I do.
