This is another hidden gem!. The tea shop is located in the Kee Lox Business Park, 215 Tremont St, door #3. They sell the most amazing collection of traditional, herbal, and medicinal teas. The owner, Vanessa, grows many of the ingredients herself, and blends them in custom combinations such as (to list only a few):
A ROSE OF SHERRY: Rose petals, rose hips. raspberry leaves, hibiscus, spearmint
GRANDMA SEENY: Chamomile, lavender
UNCLE PREACHER: Chamomile, lemon verbina
UNCLE DADDY: Jasmine, lemon balm
She also serves cookies, pastries, and scones. Apart from the shop, you can find her at the public market.
She also caters lavish high teas, served on fine china which includes the tea, a lavish assortment of pastries, finger sandwiches, silverware, room decorations, tablecloths, creamers and sugar bowls, and centerpieces.
Vanessa also runs a Bed and Breakfast in Corn HILL, At 351 Clarissa St.
For information call Vanessa at 325-5539.
