Yes, that's the remnants of the old PSBC, which has been out of commission for about 4 years now. It was a very active group until about 2004, and went from a good deal of participation to almost nothing by 2006.

I currently host the site, and would be happy to setup a re-direct to here if you'd like. But as it stands it's not seeing much in the way of traffic these days anyway.
