Via 19th WCA:

Dear Friends,
It’s with heavy hearts that we write to let you know that Kingdom Ventures @ The Arnett will be closing its doors after Christmas Eve. Reaching this decision has been very difficult for us, largely because we have felt very welcomed by the community and have formed a number of relationships that we will miss tremendously.
We want to put to rest any rumors that KVI has gone out of business. Quite to the contrary, we are (and will be) busier than ever – just not at 336 Arnett Blvd. The store here represents only about 10% of our total business over the past two years and we truly need to devote ourselves more fully to the remaining 90%. While we will miss the opportunity to interface with so many of you, over these past few months we have been taking opportunity to re-focus on our core mission. Like the Salvation Army’s slogan, Kingdom Ventures needs to be “Doing the most good”. Since our goal is to create economic empowerment for those who create the products we sell, KVI must be pursuing the opportunities to sell the most products. That means we will be focused primarily on our wholesale and internet venues.
We WILL continue to do some number of local “shows” over this coming year and if you ARE looking to connect with us in person, you can find the dates and times of those on our website. And we HOPE to find a way to once again host an Open House next Fall – if for no other reason than a means of reconnecting with so many people with whom we have crossed paths.
On one very practical note: If you have (or have given) a gift certificate to our store, you can still redeem it by contacting us. We can make it usable online or if that won’t “work” for you, we will gladly make other arrangements for you.
