19th Ward Community Association
Housing Committee
General Meeting Notes
February 23, 2012
Final

The Meeting convened at 7:00pm.

Present: John Boutet, Peter Evans, Lee Krist, June Rose, Donna Sarnacki

Toni followed-up with Jeff West regarding 4 properties mentioned to him last week. He will report back to us by next Wednesday.

We still need to finalize the computerized form. Marian, Lee, Toni, June got a start on setting up the form this afternoon but it is not finished. Having the data computerized will make it easier for Jackie to look things up and respond to questions phoned in to the office. Jackie had suggested setting up the forms on Google Docs so she can access the latest version of the data. New information can be endered into the online forms from any computer with internet access by people who have been given access to the documents.

Once the form has been set up we have a lot of data to catch up entering. The question was raised of whether someone from the Location19 19th Ward Housing Committee online group membership would be able to do data entry for the committee.

610 Post, needs to have a letter sent

Donna will take on Post avenue and will come to the next Wednesday meeting to go over what violations were identified. She will also check with Housing Committee online-members to se who can contribute.

Letter came back from 641 Chili Ave. Letter was sent to Covered Bridge Construction, 2850 Dewey Ave. Rochester. The address was checked against the online listing and address was correct.

Check with Eleanor Coleman to see if there might be a student that would be interest in doing data entry for some public service credit.

25 Colgate garage roof is very bad.w/ just rafters left on one side.

Need a letter to owners of 150-152 Chili. Trees are growing in gutters.

Adjourned at 8:30pm
