Day Meeting Notes for Posting

The Meeting convened at 11:07am.
Present: John B, Peter E, Burda G, Lee K, Toni O, Donna S, Henrene B, Helen W
John deleted “Drips” from House drawings and made other changes as per DeWain's suggestions and passed out copies.
Toni Reviewed the tote situation. She suggested we go to City Council to get the wording for tote location made clearer. It tote has to be on side of house it should be near the back not the front.
Brian did not get together with Lee last Friday. They have resheduled to this Thursday. Dona got block-club list from Francis Johnson and gave it to Lee.
Henrene did 5 houses on Thurston. She had to drive by several time to collect all the information when driving and recording information with just one person in the car. Toni offered to work with her.
Clean Sweep is May 5th.
Helen W. mentioned grants can take a long time to get money. She worked on getting one for 7 years
The office got feedback on letters sent out by Donna on post Ave. She will follow up on one of them and contact the owner.
Uplift program reviewed by Donna with group.

How long from time of letter until the problem is reported to City if need-be?
What violations need to be reported?
We Started with Thorndale because it was so bad. Toni stressed we need to concentrate on worst areas and set time for refering to the city.
Next day meeting the 28th, Next evening is the 22nd.
