Wednesday Meeting Notes
November 7, 2012

The Meeting convened at 11:00am.
Present: John B, Henrene B, Toni O, Donna S, June R
Voted on Marian taking over as CoChair with Donna Voice vote – Approved
Toni gave committee report on totes.
There will be a dumpster at 447 Thurston Road to replaced all the totes they leave along the street.
Template of letter on code violations is near ready. We want Gary Kirkmire's to supply us with a phone number to use on the letter to let people check if the violation we are identifying to them is valid.
Gary K has recently sent out violation letters to existing problems locations.
We were shown the form Toni and June will use to identify violations
Lee requested Part of Peter's letter be incorporated in the letter Toni and June are composing. Peter's letter was read and it was agreed that some of that wording will be incorporated.
Committee will do a letter about 660 W Main Church
We will have a ½ Table at the Convention
John will contact HC volunteer from School canvassing to give them the dates for next meetings.
New part time Totes inspector Carl with city.
Meeting adjourned at 12:15 am.
