Brooks Landing Thursday night jazz..
Wondering if anybody else witnessed an elderly white haired man with a big gut, with a small dark haired little boy around 3 years old. The child was being abused! Some of us tried to follow them out to try to get an idea where they were going or to get a license plate. The man literally snatched the child by the hair and dragged him, cursing him the whole time. We asked a policeman there to do something..he said he was campus police and had no jurisdiction. I have a crowd picture and they are in it.. I will speak to child protective tomorrow to see if anything can be done!

Many people there saw them several times. The boy was circulating among the crowd at different times. He approached me and two other people and said his Mom died recently. Don't know the relationship of the man. The man certainly did not appear to be a good caretaker.

Thank you for responding. That man was clearly abusive to that child. Someone must know who he is and I'm surprised no one called the police. I am still trying to post the pic that another lady sent to me that shows that man and the child sitting in the crowd.
