Eleanor Coleman and Location19 will work to set up a more structured way to post documents of this type but for now we will post them here and see how this works.  I may put some links to these in other Discussions.  Click on the blue file names to read the documents.

It looks like I'm going to have to really pay attention at these meetings.
I've switched to reverse chronological order so the most recently dated document is at the top of the list. I think that will be most convenient to posting and finding the most recent posts since it will reduce the need to scroll to the bottom of the list.
John/Eleanor-
If you wanted to, you could create a 'tab' or a specific 'place' on the Location19 main page to upload minutes - that way, they could all be in the same place and not get lost in the midst of various discussions/threads. If you're interested in doing something like that via ning and want some help, let me know and I can brainstorm about how to set it up.
That sounds like a good thought Margy. Marian and I are meeting Eleanor at Boulder tomorrow at 5PM for a first pass at discussing Location19 usage. If you are free and can stop by, your thoughts on options within ning are welcomed.
