Want to enjoy a great sunrise with a friend? Where is the best place in Southwest Rochester to catch a sunrise. The contest is open through the month of September. To enter post a picture with the date, time, and location on the 19th Ward and Southwest Rochester Good Things are Happening Here Facebook page (you can also post them here, but they will be judged on that page.). The grandprize is .... the experience of watching a great sunrise. Of course if some business of someone wants to sponsor a prize that would be allowed.
