Event Description

Our newest mural has been completed! This work of art, created by Richmond Futch Jr., Chloe Smith, and Ebony Singleton was made possible by a donation to the Friends & Foundation of the Rochester Public Library by Karen Keating D'Agostino in memory of her mom Violet Keating. Mrs Keating spent over 30 years as a crossing guard in our neighborhood ensuring children traveled to and from school safely. She was an avid reader who loved seeing kids and adults develop a love of books at the Arnett Branch Library.

Please join us on October 28, 2017 at 1:00 pm, when we will be having a grand opening of the mural. We hope to see you there!
