Event Description
The Coffee Shop Committee of the SouthWest Common Council will meet at 6 PM at SWAN Community Center at the corner of Genesee Street and Dr. Samuel McCree Blvd. at 6 PM on Monday, October 18th at 6 PM for final comments on a draft letter to Sector 4 CDC regarding the issue of a covenant for the sale of the Boulder Coffee building at 955 Genesee Street.
The purpose of the meeting is to present a draft letter to the Committee for its review before sending it to Sector 4 CDC.
The meeting is open to all residents of the SouthWest Community.
