Explore their importance for MIND - BODY - SPIRIT in developing excellence for athletics and life! Through games, exercises, and instruction, we'll experiment with how to add these attributes to whatever sport you play!
Who: School-age players of all neighborhood sports
Cost: Free!
When: 7:00pm on June 18th and 25th
