Event Description

->What should educators, families, and school districts know about lead poisoning?

->What is the impact of lead exposure and poisoning on student health and learning?

->How should we respond to the needs of lead poisoned learners?      

Neuroscientist Theodore Lidsky, will speak with educators and families about what research tells us about childhood lead exposure and poisoning and about applying new thinking to enhance the potential and cognitive functioning of students.

There is no cost for this dinner seminar but you must register by calling the RTA at 546-2681or Send an email to Rochester Teacher Center’s Yolanda Montalvo <YMontalvo@rochesterteachers.com>

Teachers will receive 2 Hours of PD credit.
