My Time in Albany - Presenter: Bob Duffy, former New York State Lieutenant Governor and former Mayor, City of Rochester. Rochester has followed Bob Duffy’s career from police chief to mayor to New York State Lieutenant Governor. Duffy will talk about his experience as Lieutenant Governor, his outlook on New York State government and what it means for Rochester.  All Tuesday Topics presentations are in Kate Gleason Auditorium at Central Library, 115 South Avenue in downtown Rochester. Presentations are held on Tuesdays from 12:12-12:52pm, and are free and open to the public.
