Event Description

Just a brief reminder pertaining to the Public Design Workshop we are hosting on Sept 9th, 2014.  We are seeking public input to the Master Plan for the West River Wall to better understand the needs and visions of the community as they relate to the site.  Using material produced for the 2012 Corn Hill Neighborhood Charette, we hope to further solidify and align design concepts with the needs of the community. 
Agenda: A formal presentation begins at 7pm followed by an “Open House” with presentation boards, visual displays and pamphlets explaining the various elements of the planning study. The design team will be on hand to help
explain the proposed project, answer your questions and record your thoughts.
The Meeting Agenda includes the following:
  • FEMA Flood Elevation Evaluations
  • Assessment of the River Wall
  • Potential Top of Wall Elevation
  • Neighborhood Planning Efforts
  • Programming Options
  • Master Plan Concepts and Discussion
  • Open House Forum
