CALL FOR AWARD NOMINATIONS

 Attention: Coaches, Teachers, Parents, Supporters, and Community Agencies.

 The Rochester Youth Sports Foundation will recognize local student athletes’ in grades 5 through 12 at its annual Recognition Awards Dinner.

Coaches and volunteers who have demonstrated a commitment to developing youth in the City of Rochester through sports will also be recognized at the event. Youth honorees will receive an “academic success kit” which will include: leadership training, school supplies, and other special gifts.

Awards will be given in the following categories:

  • Outstanding Student Athlete (male and female) grades 5 - 6
  • Outstanding Student Athlete (male and female) grades 7- 8
  • Outstanding Student Athlete (male and female) grades 9 - 10
  • Outstanding Student Athlete (male and female) grades 11-12
  • Outstanding Youth Sports Coach
  • Outstanding Youth Sports Volunteer/Supporter

 Please consider nominating someone for this prestigious award on or before Friday, March 29, 2013.  Nominees must be able to attend the Recognition Awards dinner.
