Event Description

School #16 needs to close for renovations. It is probably more accurate to say the RCSD wants to close it and unless the neighborhood rallies and insists it be renovated and reopened our children will be bused across town to Scio Street for the duration of their "School 16" experience.  Please come forward request that after temporary closure for renovation it be reopened as a true neighborhood school.   Stop the busing!

The RCSD School Board will meet at 6:30 pm this Thursday, July 26th @ Central Office 131 W. Broad St. I am encouraging you to call 262-8525 and sign up to speak and let your voice of concern be heard.
Even if you should decide not to speak your presence will make a big difference!
