Event Description
Ever been to Highland Park when the lilacs aren't blooming? If not, you are missing an opportunity to see a world-class arboretum exhibiting fall fruits and berries you will not see anywhere else. Join with guide Michael Warren Thomas, host of Naturally Green radio show, as we also explore trees exposing exotic bark, edible fruit, and just a lot of interesting and amazing natural beauty. Identify and plan, see possibilities to plant in our yards. Last meeting of the season, so please RSVP to msweetla@frontiernet.net. Meet in front of the Lamberton Conservatory in Highland Park. Guests invited. Rain or shine event.
