Event Description

The Monroe County Department of Public Health will be hosting a dinner meeting for the City of Rochester South West Quadrant Neighborhood Leaders.  Enjoy a meal as you listen to presenters from the Monroe County Department of Public Health as well as members of first responder agencies from your area.  


Topics covered at this meeting will involve public health preparedness, what is currently being done to protect your community, and what you can do during an unexpected public health disaster.  Public health disasters include but are not limited to: Flu epidemics, disease outbreaks, and bioterrorism.  All participants will also receive resources to build their own emergency preparedness kit. 

Room is limited so please register by emailing your Name, Organization / Neighborhood, and contact information to ssharp@monroecounty.gov .

If you do not have access to the internet you can register by calling Shaun Sharp at (585) 753-5128.  The location of event and further information will be disclosed after your registration process is complete.
