SYEP, SWAN, and Grow Green present......
a Farm Stand Block Party
Our mission is to create an event that will
a) promote and bring attention to SWAN’s brand-new Friday night Farm Stand.
b) engage people in the community of all ages, especially kids
c) include an opportunity for fundraising for the Grow Green program.
