The SWCC works to preserve and promote our rich history, cultural diversity, healthy lifestyles, educational and economic opportunities within the SW Quadrant of Rochester, NY. We seek to engage stakeholders to collaborate with our Council and the neighborhood association that would represent your interests throughout the year.

SW Common Council meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of the month from 6:00 to 7:30pm at either the Phillis Wheatly or Arnett Branch Libraries.
