At 6:30PM on November 18th NeighborWorks® Rochester is hosting a meeting in City Council Chambers for homeowners who live in a historic districts that may qualify for the State’s tax credit. State Office of Historic Preservation staff will be on hand to outline tax credit details. In addition, NeighborWorks® Rochester will present on our loan and grant program, our energy services and on the energy tax credits that are available. If you know of anyone who lives in a historic district that might be interested in attending, please feel free to share this information.
