Just saw a note from Elizabeth McDade that the Walk wit a Doc was cancelled.  If you are up to it, enjoy a walk anyway.

Walk with a Doc

Before or after you get healthy food at the Westside Farmers Market on Tuesday, come join our “Walk with a Doc” program! Meet us at Woodward Health Center a few minutes before 5PM and a local doctor will lead anyone who is interested in a "heart-healthy" (but not strenuous) walk around the neighborhood--all the while answering questions about health and nutrition! If you'd like to participate plan on about 45 minutes of walking. If you can't make it, don't worry! We'll be having a few more “Walk with a Doc” events through the summer and will announce them on Facebook and in the newsletter. RSVPs on Facebook would be helpful, but just show up if you want to walk!

Shuttle Service is available back to the Health Center.
