Day Meeting Notes for Posting
February 29, 2012
The Meeting convened at 11:00am.

We received a letter from Jeff West regarding 4 properties mentioned to him Feb 22, 2012.
Toni has been trying to get spreadsheets from David Hawkes. Will stop by NSC with June after this meeting to pick it up.
John reviewed the plan Jackie had proposed of using Google Docs for the document that computerized the data we have. June and Lee said Bryan B. has offered to enter data. He needs to work from home. He and his wife can help with data entry.
Resident on Thorndale has talked with Peter in response to letter he received and now has a good working relation with Peter.
Donna reported on what she has done on Post from Chili to Aberdeen.
For posted minutes, use first names only of committee members.
Lee has old pictures that could be scanned to do a before and after comparison. John suggested talking to Doris Meadows and Keith Jackson of the history committee.
Peter brought up problem of people taking the insurance and running before paying back-taxes or fixing fire damage. John suggested we talk with Adam at Safety Committee meeting tonight to see if the City can pass any laws that require payment of taxes before disbursement to owner.
Henrene will do Thurston from Presbyterian Home to Genesee Park Boulevard. Tony will do Thurston from Presbyterian Home to Chili Avenue.
Next meeting is next Wednesday at 11.
