Meeting Notes
January 18, 2012
The Meeting convened at 11:00am.
Present: Lee Krist, Peter Evans, June Rose, Donna Sarnacki, Joan Roby-Davison, John Boutet
Joan showed Lee how to use County web site for identifying owners of properties.
John to get Adam’s phone no to DeWain to get him to a meeting.
47 Wellington needs work . There is a lien on it . RFP - request for proposals
We discussed Housing Survey Form layout. Peter pointed out problems that became apparent while trying to fill out the sheet for one of the streets. He will ask Jackie to update it for tomorrow’s evening meeting.
A suggested was made of connecting with block groups. John Boutet will send Lee a list of block groups.
June Rose will work with Toni Orlati to develop a form for keeping track of tote issues.
