Saturday Meeting Notes for Posting
October 13, 2012
Final
The Meeting convened at 10:45am.
Present: John B, Donna S, Jackie F, Angie B
None of the members, for whom we had set up 10:00am Saturday meetings, attended. We held a very short meeting when Donna arrived at 10:45am after getting out of work. Jackie and Angie were also at the 19WCA office selling House Tour booklets and joined us to discuss problems of getting volunteers involved.
Issues touched on include:
We reviewed the calendar John had produced which highlighted the days (1st & 2nd Wed.,2nd Sat., 4th Thursday) we have scheduled for meetings. We would like to cut it back to 3 per month. Because of low attendance today we will address this at the Wednesday Oct. 17 meeting. John will contact Annie, who had requested the Saturday meetings to see if she still is interested in that day.
We also delayed discussion of November and December holidays and “10 worst houses” list to the Wednesday meeting.
Donna will again do the totes compliance run with Toni this week since June is still out of town.
Meeting adjourned at 11:45 am.
Our next meeting is Wednesday October 17th at 11:00am.
Our next Saturday meeting the November 10th at 10:00am.
