Bigg Mouth Silenced?

When Mark and I attempted to enter Bigg Mouth Diner today just before 2 PM, John DeMott from the neighborhood development group rolled down his car window and said "bad news." He had tried calling them and their phone was off. Appears another business may not have made it. They were not open. Hopefully they were just having some work done?

My guess is that they are closed...... they were definitely having financial difficulties and had a robbery a couple of months ago. The owner frequently talked about the location being difficult in terms of attracting a large enough customer base. It's a real loss as their food was good, prices were right and I think that they had some decent potential as a great diner!

What a shame, They were kind of tucked away in a hard place to find....I enjoyed my lunch there.
