The November 8, 2011 elections are fast approaching.  If you aren't familiar with the candidates you will have a choice to vote on yet, its time to get to know them.  Last Thursday I attended a house party where I was able to meet Sandy Frankel who is running for County Executive against Maggie Brooks.  While the news programs are abuzz about next year's presidential elections,  the local elections that are going to have a great impact on how our community works together to turn the local economy around.  Get to know the candidates and help get out the vote.
