Hello,
I recently joined the Location 19 website to make you aware of a college bar that is opening in my neighborhood. I am a longtime resident on S Plymouth Ave and I just became aware of a gentleman that is trying to open up a college bar at 1155 S Plymouth Ave. This is the same gentleman that has been buying up properties for students and evicting my friends and neighbors. I do not think the neighborhood needs a college bar. We will be inundated with drunk college kids on Friday and Saturday nights. The city and neighborhood must stand up to prevent this bar. It will only bring trouble. The bar name is Plymouth Roc. That is the same name of the gang that terrorized our streets years ago. We do not need this. We do not want this.

None of the conditions on that dress code are GOD given. When everybody wakes up in the morning everyone is welcome in Frank - N - Steins, the conditions are all based on someone making a decision to present themselves. I obviously do not think our policy is racist. At the South Plymouth Avenue Business Association Meeting I handed out my e-mail address and told people that if they had any suggestions I would look at them. As of today, I have not received one thing.
Anthony you were told how several of the people felt about the dress code and you said you would look at it,Its not there job to make up your dress code or send you any emails about it as I told you my concern was the age you say now eveyrone is welcome however in one of your statements you say high school kids have to have someone with them at least age 30
I disagree with that. I came up with what I thought was good. If someone doesn't think that what I came up with was good and would like it to be different than that, that responsibility falls on them to invest some time in developing the way in which they think it should be done. The we don't like... Change it is not the right way to get what you want. If you don't like it, come up with what you think is better and we will consider it. I cannot genuinely re-write something I feel is adequate to accomodate someone else's feelings. There were also a lot of people that thought it was good. Who is to say what is right?
How about we change the title of this post to "Frank & Steins." I think this is a welcome addition to the neighborhood, and am impressed with their plans to improve a currently worthless building. Such innovation should be welcomed to our area. They have been working with suggestions as their plans progress, and I will be glad to go raise a stein and have a frank upon their opening. When I was a student in Boston, there was a neighborhood bar that on Sundays featured just that --- it was extremely popular, so best wishes.
PS - Anthony -- please call me at phone book number.
Can I put a word in for offering at least one vegetarian frank?
Absolutely, the beauty of it is that we only need one and you will still be able to enjoy many of themed dogs we have planned with all the different toppings. Any specific products you recommend we try out?
I'd try LightLife SmartDogs or Yves soy dogs.
If you're a little more adventurous, this would definitely entice me to stop by and spread the word: There was/is a great restaurant on the Niagara River in North Tonawanda NY called Old Man River. Their veggie hotdog was actually a footlong carrot, which they grilled and then covered with whatever toppings you wanted. It was the best I've had in my 45 years as a vegetarian.
I SECOND THAT! - of course! I called got the machine give me a call back at 585.703.6130
I will be there.
Thank you!
Yes there is an error on this notice. It should read 1155 S. Plymouth Ave
