Walker Consulting Services

Mission

Proverbs 15:22 “Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed”. Our mission is to “provide positive connections designed to promote sustained success” in the lives of the citizens of the Rochester, New York community.

Our goal is to assist faith-based organizations, religious institutions and churches with creating internal programs that will allow them to better serve their congregations and community. We also provide leadership development workshops and seminars.

Walker Consulting Services is designed to provide consultation services for existing programs as well as proposed programs and or missions.

We are looking forward to meeting with you!

We have designed a series of programs and workshops that will help Church Leaders, Youth Group Directors as well as social service entities. Our programs and workshops include:
*Leadership Training/Development Seminars

*Faith Based approach to addictions

*Motivational Speaking

*Creating Success Coach/Mentoring programs

*Functional Behavioral Approach Training

*Establishing community referral programs (making positive connections)

*We are also able to create specialized programs/workshops based on your organizations needs.

We also specialize in helping your organization to develop re-entry programs. As we are well aware, the criminal justice system is over flowing with persons returning to society daily. Many of these people have not been “rehabilitated” rather, they have just been housed. Our mission is to help the faith based community to truly help, re-connect, and train this particular segment of our society.

Walker Consulting Services will help your organization to create Success Coaching/Mentoring programs ensuring the sustained success of marginalized members of our community.
