6:00 PM Changing of the Scenes Neighborhood Walk staring at the Rock Garden in Changing of the Scenes.

7 PM - PACTAC Saturation Walk - all are invited you don't have to be a PACTAC member to walk - meet at the NSC office.

6 - 8 PM - Take a walk in Genesee Valley Park. You will find a park full of events from Whirly Wednesday, to softball, and kick ball leagues to drum circles.

3:00 PM - African Readers Theatre - Arnett Library

5:00 PM - Maplewood Jazz Festival (not in SW Rochester, but good to support another city neighborhood)

8:00 PM - Twelfth Night at the Highland Bowl (runs from the 5th - 20th) Shakespeare in the part. Be prepared to be entertained and be prepared and bring mosquito repellent. Not in SW Rochester but free Shakespeare and featuring some SW Rochester neighbors and former neighbors.

 

Saturday - July 6th

1:00 PM - Story Time at the Arnett Library

7 - 11 PM - Adult Poetry Slam Competition at Tajze Wine and R&B Lounge 139 State Street
