346 Post Ave. - #2 Priority – John McMahon to write to Jeff to see if can go to abandonment. Jan. 30 to reinspect. In Enforcement with violations and $300 fine.
461 West Ave. - #3 Priority – No date for demo case. Up for ticketing Feb. 14.
337 Sawyer St. - In code enforcement.
817 Chili Ave. - Repairs resumed weekends. $2400 fine balance. March up for ticketing.
216 Sawyer – Remove from list.
348 Ravenwood Ave. - Owned by City but taxes going to new owner. Reinspect Feb. 11.
244 Post Ave. - Inspected Jan. 9. No response to re-ticketing.
177 Brooks Ave. - Inspected Jan. 14. Mortgage foreclosure filed.
126 Milton St. - Working on (?) 48 violations. Move to Watch List.
27 Hancock St. - Ticket Nov. 17 for $2350 multiple-offense default. Up for ticketing in March.
85 Somerset St. - Still needs C of O. Denied attempt to keep porch enclosure; to go to Zoning.
39-37 Fillmore St. - Ticket issued 12/28. No C of O but occupied. Up for ticketing again in March.

23 Thurston Rd. - Behind Golden Boy Transmission, former theater vacant since 2012. Owned by LLC in Rye NY. Demo case started, unknown when.
