Present: John DeMott, Mark Sweetland, Donna Sarnacki, Kathy O’Neill, Deb Leary, and Bruce Wilder, Neighborhood Service Center

Minutes of November 13, 2014 Approved

Property reports:

1046 Genesee St.:  Case opened 2/13 zoning violation of driveway expansion parking for more than 3 vehicles last inspected 12/11 only 3 vehicles. Permit to expand driveway denied. Inspector will re-inspect and if necessary issue tickets.

19 Genesee Pk.: Blvd no open cases got permit to replace windows and siding may be using area as bedroom Bruce to research and report back

81-89 Ravenwood: 3 family corner Post last inspection 11/26 cited for work without permit  followup with Dan NSC

255 Sawyer St.: K-1 letter sent 12/10/14 after 26 days the owner will be ticketed

337 Sawyer St.: K-1 letter sent 12/14 loan modification request 10/17/14 to mortgagee Wells Fargo. Owner living at 96 Avenue B

54 Weldon St.: using 3rd floor as bedroom owner did dismantle bedroom got a permit for use as computer room

Proposed C of O changes: Adrienne Kllc and Lashay Harris wrote a letter on behalf of the 19th Ward Assn against the proposed changes. Deb to write a letter also from the Housing Committee.

U of R student ambassadors:  Deb talked to student ambassadors re scheduling a meeting to discuss    Uof R students renting in the 19th ward

                      Agenda and copy of property addresses to NSC with copy to Bruce Wilder

Other reports: John DeMott attended a recent meeting of U of R and off campus landlords. There is an Off-campus Housing Fair 2/12/15 11:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Hirsh Lounge in Wilson Commons

Next Meeting January 8, 2015 11:00 am at the Neighborhood Service Center
