It is great to have you post Frank-N-Steins in the Our Neighborhood Merchants group on Location19.  The wonderful interaction you have had with the neighborhood around the establishment you are developing is precisely what we hope will happen with all existing and future businesses in the SW.  It is good for business and it is good for the community.  Thank you very much for being such a great example.
