In the location we once found Food Lovers then Sonny's Side Family Kitchen, we now have the Happy Diner in that 366 Thurston Road location.  This vintage 1925 building which also houses the Eclipse Lounge  and Locks salon is near the north end of the block Hunts is on.  The building just received a face lift prior to the Happy Diner opening in March.

The inside of the Happy Diner has been nicely neatened up also and we were greeted by a wonderful waitress, Susan.

They have a nice menu and the food we had was very good. (Click on the page to read.)

They have a nice take-out Menu also.

I think you will find the Happy Diner a nice new alternative for Thurston Road.
