POTENTIAL 19TH WARD LISTINGS IN THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES

On Thursday, December 13, 7:00 PM, at the Arnett Library, the Landmark Society will present a plan to propose several parcels in the 19th Ward for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places.

The four potential historic districts identified below may be eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Potential Historic District boundaries are based on updates to the 1986 and 2001 Historic Resources Surveys and are provided by The Landmark Society of Western New York, in consultation with the New York State Historic Preservation Office. Boundaries shown are preliminary recommendations only and may be subject to change

Listing in the National Register of Historic Places can allow property owners to take advantage of the NYS Historic Homeowner Tax Credit program.

In addition to the potential historic districts outlined below, some individual historic properties within the preliminary district boundaries (and beyond) may be eligible for
individual listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
