A grassroots, community-based initiative addressing quality of life issues in the SouthWest Quadrant of the City of Rochester by organizing and implementing community PROJECTS.

About Us

Vision:  Safe, clean, friendly, prosperous and active neighborhoods.

WHO Are We?  Our core team consists of NSC representatives, RPD CPO’s, Block Club & Neighborhood Association representatives, CDC representatives, as well as, concerned neighbors.

WHEN Do We Meet?  The 2nd Thursday of every month at 9 a.m.

WHERE Do We Meet?  SW Neighborhood Service Center, 923 Genesee St., Rochester, New York

Who Can Participate?  Residents, block club members, neighborhood associations, local businesses, faith-based organizations, youth programs, health initiatives, urban gardening programs, etc.
